These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Raja04 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Raja04 website at https://raja04.cam and all related services, products, games and content made available through it.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds or placing any wager on Raja04, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Raja04 is an English-language platform serving users across Pakistan, including those based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, Raja04 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim to be authorised, licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable Pakistani laws may restrict online gambling. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Raja04 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other non-cash incentive credited to your Account by Raja04.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by Raja04 before processing withdrawals or at any point during account review.
• "Platform" means the Raja04 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet or game round funded by deposited funds held in your Account Balance.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, live casino and information services offered by Raja04.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on Raja04, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you have independently confirmed that your participation is lawful in your region.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or agent of Raja04, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Raja04 or had an Account closed by Raja04 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your Account using your credentials.
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying Raja04 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Raja04 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from Raja04 that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us promptly.

Account details — including registered name, date of birth and national identity — cannot be changed after initial verification without submitting a formal request and providing updated KYC documentation.

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by Raja04 at the time of the transaction. For the convenience of Pakistani users, the cashier may reference common local payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The listing of these providers is for contextual reference only — Raja04 does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, approval or support of gambling services by any of these providers.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by Raja04 and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into your Account, subject to operator policy at the time.
• Raja04 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Raja04 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Raja04 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the point of each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by country, payment method or account status.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full within the validity period stated for the promotion. Incomplete wagering at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Raja04 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted.

The creation of multiple Accounts or the use of third-party payment methods to circumvent bonus eligibility restrictions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential permanent account closure.

All games and sports betting markets on Raja04 are governed by the rules displayed within each specific game or market at the time of play. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game only.

Sports betting odds — including markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, international football and UFC events — are set by the operator and are subject to change before a wager is confirmed. Odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the final contracted odds for that wager, subject to the settlement rules applicable to the relevant market.

• Raja04 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where the result was already known at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or betting event, Raja04's decision on settlement is final, subject to the dispute process set out below.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the relevant game or sports interface.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Raja04 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds and retaining any resulting gains.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which you know online gambling to be prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account or using another person's Account.

Where prohibited conduct is identified — whether at the time of the activity or retrospectively — Raja04 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all affected wagers and transactions, forfeit the Account Balance and refer the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Raja04 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible directly from the account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.

If you believe that your gambling is no longer within your control, or that it may be causing financial or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, will prevent access to your Account for the duration you have specified.

Raja04 strictly enforces its minimum age policy. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the licence jurisdiction — will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

All content on the Raja04 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and databases — is the proprietary property of Raja04 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any platform content without written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Use any Raja04 trademark, logo or brand asset without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on platform content.

Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in Account termination and potential legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raja04 and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Raja04 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors or interruptions.
• Any specific game outcome or sports result will occur as anticipated.
• Information provided on the platform — including odds, RTP figures or promotional details — is free from inaccuracy at any given moment.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by our direct negligence.

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your Account by contacting support at [email protected]. Subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements, remaining deposited funds will be returned to you via an eligible payment method.

Raja04 may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Your voluntary self-exclusion request.

Upon termination for breach, Raja04 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. Deposited funds that remain unaffected by the breach will be returned after investigation, at Raja04's discretion and subject to applicable regulatory obligations.

Raja04 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raja04 holds its operating licence. These Terms do not confer any rights or benefits under Pakistani law and do not constitute a representation that any activity conducted via the platform is lawful under Pakistani legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position before participating.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with Raja04's support team will be referred to the competent dispute resolution body of the licence jurisdiction, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
